This article explains how to set up a standard text signature—containing a link to your website, a social networking profile, or your address—to all your messages in GoDaddy Webmail. How to Set Up an Email Signature in GoDaddy Webmail
Typically, signatures include a combination of name, company name, title, phone number, email address, and/or social media links. To create your signature:
- In theEmail tab, selectSettings > Personal Settings >Signature .
- ClickMore settings >Automatically insert signature in compose window .
- In the Signature field, type the text of your signature.
- SelectEmail signature >Include signature in replies.
- Select your signature text in theSignature field**.**
- Use the formatting toolbar to add text styles to your signature.
- ClickOK .
How to Add an Image to Your Signature
To add an image, such as a business logo, to your email signature:
- ClickInsert Image in the email signature settings window.
- ClickChoose File and select the image on your computer. It must be 1MB or smaller.
- ClickInsert >OK .
To enter a link to your X (formerly Twitter) or Facebook account, click the corresponding icon and enter the requested information.
How to Set Up an Email Signature in GoDaddy Webmail Classic
Email signatures are stored separately in GoDaddy and GoDaddy Classic webmail. To create an email signature in GoDaddy Classic webmail:
- SelectSettings > Personal Settings .
- ClickSignature .
- Compose your email signature underSignature .
- To have GoDaddy insert the signature automatically in all new messages and replies, check Automatically insert the signature in compose window .
- ClickOK .
